Who you’re contracting with
When you buy from initialz, your contract of sale is with Marfantos, the operating company behind the initialz brand. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Marfantos, trading as initialz.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions
By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at your chosen cadence until you cancel. We’ll email a reminder before each charge. Cancel anytime from your account.
Use of products
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs. See Product safety.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
