30-day returns

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Start a return from your account or use our contact page.

Subscriptions

• Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account — no fees.
• Changes apply to your next delivery; orders already shipped can’t be cancelled.

Damaged or faulty

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days. We will explain how to send a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

The seller of record for initialz orders is Marfantos, the operating company behind the brand. Refunds are issued by Marfantos to the original payment method.
